Monofilament Polyamide Suture is a synthetic non-absorbable, sterile, single-use, monofilament surgical suture, composed of long chain-aliphatic polymers, Polyamide 6, and Polyamide 6.6. It is designed for general soft tissue approximation and/or ligation and is particularly suitable for use in microsurgical, cardiovascular, ophthalmic, and neurological procedures. The monofilament structure ensures smooth tissue passage with minimal trauma, while the nonabsorbable nature provides long-term tensile strength for secure wound support.
